The DSR 1000
Series is a low cost, easy to use CD-Recordable Duplication system
that utilizes superior technology from Microboards Technology, Inc.
and Hoei Sangyo. With compact footprints, the DSR 1001, 1002, and
1003 can be used both as recorders for premastering or as disc-to-disc,
multi-drive CD-R duplicators. No hard drive is required for caching
of image files, as duplication is done on-the-fly, to multiple writers,
simultaneously. LED indicators provide easy detection of errors
during the record process, preventing the duplication of bad discs,
while monitoring the status of the record session. The DSR 1000
Series features one touch operation for CD copying, allowing any

- Supported Formats:
- CD ROM Mode 1 and 2, Form 1 and 2, CD-DA (Red Book Audio), CD-I,
Mixed Mode, Multisession, Video-CD.
- Process Modes:
 Actual
Copy: from the source CD to the writer(s) simultaneously.- Test
Copy: from the source CD to the blank disc as a test, no data
is recorded.
- External
CD Write: Use as a premastering recorder from a PC or MAC.
Firmware Upgrade: Turn on the power, keeping the START button
depressed, and insert the firmware disc into the master recorder. The
system will automatically download the new firmware to the controller
and eject the disc when completed.
Performance Upgrade: The DSR 1000 Series is designed to support
8X recording (available today!), as well as future DVD-R/RW systems.
